How much does a video cost?

The cost of a video varies widely. We try not to put numbers to a 'typical video', as we work with everyone from sole traders to international corporations, however our videos typically range from $8,000 to $120,000, however we do work on projects with budgets of all sizes.

It really depends on your budget and the desired production value. We work closely with our clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring we deliver a product that aligns with their financial and creative expectations.

The best way for us to price out a job is to understand what your budget is, but if you're not sure, book an intro call and we'll learn some more about your project and put together a proposal for you.

What is your process when creating a video or film?

Our processes are defined and clear no matter the project we're working on.

From the questions on our intro call, to organizing filming days, and delivering videos in your desired formats, everything is structured and follows our tried and tested formula for making world-class content.

How long does it take to make a video?

The turnaround time can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. However, we strive to deliver top-quality videos in line with your timeframe and the campaigns you're running, often delivering projects within 4-6 weeks.

Do you provide drone or aerial videography services?

All of our services come with basic drone operations included in the package pricing. We will use drones in any project where it makes sense as part of the creative.

We also offer advanced drone operations as an extra - this is usually based on location (e.g. in city centres) as these required additional work, licensing and one of our advanced pilots.

How do you measure the success of your productions?

Ultimately, this depends on how you measure success. Our commercial clients want to drive product sales. Our government clients want to communicate important messaging to the public. Our tourism clients want to get people visiting destinations.

As we're a full-service agency, we offer end-to-end video marketing solutions. That means, we can take care of everything from creative development to campaign marketing and YouTube channel management. We follow the metrics that make the campaign successful in achieving your goals.

We absolutely offer videography services, usually charging a day rate for our videographer's time, plus expenses.

Who owns the video?

You own the video! Upon completion of the project and full payment, the copyright on the video is transferred to the client so you can use the video however you wish until the end of time!

We are regularly on the road, travelling to capture content for our clients. From visiting nearly every province in Canada, to regularly travelling the USA, Peru, Kenya, India and just about anywhere you can think of.

What is a video agency?

A video agency is a hybrid of a creative agency and a production company. Your one-stop-shop for video marketing, expertly developing strategy, crafting visual content, and running campaigns. We can do it all, or if you just need help with video production, we can step in to produce the content that you're managing. Whatever you need!

How many rounds of changes or revisions to we get?

Our standard is 2 rounds of revisions. If you would like more, let us know early on so we can modify that when we write the Agreement.

We get sign-off from our clients on most major creative decisions before we run with it, so 2 rounds of revisions is usually enough, however we allow major changes in the first round of revisions (music, style, vibe) and minor edits in the second round of revisions. Anything beyond that will be charged at our editor's hourly rate.
